Sweet balsamic glaze comes together with savory bacon and Brussels sprouts to a create a bright and decadent side dish.

Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, cleaned, trimmed, and halved
- 1/2 pound of bacon, chopped
- 1 lemon, halved and sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a large mixing mixing bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, bacon, lemon, garlic, balsamic glaze and a few tablespoons of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss to full combine.
- Spread Brussels sprouts into an even layer on a prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 30 – 35 minutes until bacon is fully cooked and the edges of the Brussels sprouts begin to caramelize.
- Remove from oven and adjust seasoning if needed.
