I’m an avid home cook that never misses the opportunity to learn something new in the kitchen.
While, I didn’t necessarily grow up attached to Mom’s apron strings, I did become fascinated later in life how all of the individual ingredients in my fridge can transform into a delicious performance of a meal on my plate. (No shade Mom, your spaghetti is top tier.)
I’m a firm believer that cooking should be fun, flavorful and full of the things that make you say, “hell yeah.” So join me while I learn what I can and share what I eat.
